    About Raci

Raci Erdem is well-known in the Pacific Northwest restaurant scene with his amazing flagship White House Grill in Post Falls and his tremendous Oval Office restaurant just down the street.  In November 2010 he opened the West Wing in Spokane.

Raci has a great formula:  hard work, simple yet effective management, and a dose of good fortune.  Oh, and bring on the garlic!

Since immigrating to the United States as a teenager, he spent some hard years just getting by in New York City. Raci worked to refine his dream.  He wanted a restaurant that was just like the family table: everyone sharing, sitting closely, plenty of laughter, conversation and even music. The feel of home.

Raci and a friend opened White House Grill in a former Post Falls sandwich shop so small that those wanting a table waited outside. The menu successfully blended Italian, Greek and Turkish dishes. It didn’t take long to outgrow the small shop so he moved to the corner lot of Spokane Street and Seltice Way (where a bank used to be) which you can enjoy today.  Inside you will find tables packed together to create the family dining experience he envisioned long ago.
